Workplace Violence

As of June 15, 2010, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires employers in Ontario to assess the risks of workplace violence, and put into place policies and programs regarding workplace violence and workplace harassment.  The Occupational Health and Safety Council of Ontario, working with the Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Women’s Directorate, has created materials to help:
