About the Ontario Women's Directorate
The Ontario Women's Directorate promotes women's equality with a focus on ending violence against women and increasing women's economic security.
This is achieved by:
- Providing research, analysis and advice to the Minister Responsible for Women's Issues;
- Providing grants for innovative programs that support women's safety and economic security; and
- Collaborating with women's organizations and across government to advance women's equality and address issues of concern to women.
