Fair and Objective English Language Proficiency Standards for Internationally Educated Medical Radiation Technologists

This one-year research project will increase the options for assessing the language proficiency of internationally educated medical radiation technologists.

It will set language proficiency scores on the:

• Internet-based Test TOEFL
• International English Language Testing System and
• Michener English Language Assessment 

As a result, the College will be able to accept the results of any one of these three language assessment tools, as opposed to the single tool (TOEFL) officially in use today.
