Addressing the Competency Gaps of Internationally Educated Medical Laboratory Technologists

The Addressing the Competency Gaps of Internationally Educated Medical Laboratory Technologists (IEMLTs) project is a research project that hopes to identify competency gaps IEMLTs face in passing their certification exams and propose specific curriculum strategies to address these gaps. An estimated 160 IEMLTs will benefit from the resources and information developed by this project.
