Group Mentoring, Online Mentoring and Employer Outreach for Internationally-Trained Architects

This project provides group mentoring to internationally trained architects with established architects in Ontario. The mentoring sessions cover such topics as:

• Occupation-specific language
• Workplace culture
• Architecture curriculum
• The Ontario Building Code.

Participants will develop networks through their mentors and other participants. The project also provides direct one-on-one outreach to architectural employers in Ontario.
