This program helps internationally trained financial services professionals find work in the banking, securities and insurance sectors. Participants are provided with technical skills upgrading, as well as occupation-specific and workplace cultural communications needed to excel in the financial sector. Once participants finish the training portion of the project, they have access to a field placement. Participants are also paired with a mentor, giving them the opportunity to connect with industry experts and potential employers.

This program helps internationally trained finance professionals prepare for licensure and find employment in the Canadian financial sector. The program offers training in occupation-specific language and math. It also offers sector-specific employment services and the Canadian work experience required to become Certified Financial Planners in Canada.
Accessible Community Counselling and Employment Services (ACCES)

This four-week program provides training and services to help participants with a background in financial services obtain employment commensurate with their education and experience. Participants receive training in Canadian Business Law, as well as intercultural competencies/soft-skills enhancement and sector specific terminology and job search skills.
