Ontario Bridge Training
Education
George Brown provides College Teacher Training for internationally trained college teachers. This training can help them obtain positions at Ontario’s community colleges. The program includes:
- Training in instructional strategies and classroom management
- Lesson planning, authentic assessment and practice teaching
- Development of communication skills for the educational sector
- Development of employment skills
- Observation of community college classes
- A part-time teaching internship, which provides experience in the Canadian college classroom
