The Ontario Honours and Awards Secretariat is happy to introduce you to our online nomination process.
Instead of submitting your nominations via hard copy, we want people like you to use our online nomination template. This is web tool we have developed that is easy to use and allows you to securely submit data online.
You can fill out our online nomination template in no time from virtually anywhere — your home, your work or any public computer. We encourage you to use our online nomination process. Test it out. If it’s not for you, you can still send in your nomination forms by mail.
There is no time limit on how long you can take to fill out a nomination on-line. However, if you let your computer sit idle for more than 20 minutes at any time, the screen will go to sleep and you will lose all the information you have entered.
You will not be able to save your nomination and return to it at a later time. This time limit is for security reasons.
To make the process easier for you, we suggest you prepare your supporting documents, such as testimonial letters and achievement descriptions, in advance.
